Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Acting President of Kafrelsheikh University, announces that both the public and national branches of Kafrelsheikh University have completed preparations for the start of the new academic year 2025/2026. The university will welcome students across its various faculties in accordance with the academic calendar announced by Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim states that all arrangements have been finalized to ensure the smooth running of classes and the educational process for the new academic year. This includes the completion of maintenance works for buildings, facilities, electricity, sanitation, and fire safety systems, as well as the preparation of lecture halls, classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and medical clinics at the faculties. Regular cleaning of the campus is being ensured, in addition to placing guidance signs and strictly enforcing safety and security measures across the campus and all university facilities with the start of classes.
Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim confirms that lectures and timetables for all academic levels will be announced at the beginning of the academic year. Students will be allocated to departments and study groups, and all quality requirements necessary for the educational process, including teaching resources, will be provided to guarantee that classes begin and continue regularly from the very first day. University ID cards will also be issued to students.
He instructs the deans of faculties, institutes, academic staff, and assistant staff to be present on campus from the first day of study to ensure the success of the educational process. He also confirms the readiness of both the university hospital and the student hospital to provide distinguished medical services to students, staff members, administrative staff, and patients.
Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim further urges the deans, vices of deans, and professors to keep their doors open to students, listen to their concerns, provide swift solutions, and actively engage with them. He notes that the university attaches great importance to student activities in the arts, sports, and culture.
In addition, a comprehensive plan has been developed to implement student activities across all faculties in scientific, cultural, artistic, sports, and social fields. The university is also working to expand student participation in these activities through effective programs to be announced by each faculty, offering opportunities for students to develop their academic and practical skills while gaining new experiences.
