President of Kafrelsheikh University Honors Students Winning the Second Place in Entrepreneurship at the First National Forum for Sustainable Innovation

Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Acting President of Kafrelsheikh University, honors the students who wins the second place in the field of entrepreneurship during the First National Forum for Sustainable Innovation for Egyptian university students. The event is hosted by Tanta University with the participation of more than 20 Egyptian universities over three days.

Kafrelsheikh University students participate with three distinguished entrepreneurial projects. The project “Grow Up” wins the second place nationwide in entrepreneurship. It is a smart farming system based on vertical and hydroponic agriculture using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), contributing to improving agricultural production quality and rationalizing resource consumption. The other two projects, “Wareed Al-Amal” and “Edu Play”, also received recognition from the judging panel, collectively contributing to the university’s achievement of this advanced position.

During the honoring ceremony, Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim express his pride in the students, confirming that this achievement reflects the creativity and excellence of Kafrelsheikh University students in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship. He confirms the university’s commitment to supporting talented youth and enabling them to participate effectively in national-level competitions.

 

Otherwise, Dr. Roshdy El-Adawy, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and General Coordinator of Student Activities at the university, confirms that this success is the result of a supportive academic environment and the university’s full backing of its talented students. He adds that true innovation lies in the ability to develop practical, applicable solutions that help face challenges and meet the needs of society.
