The Second Scientific Seminar for the Spanish Language Department
Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Abdel Hamid Ghallab, Dean of the Faculty, the Spanish Language Department at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Kafrelsheikh University, held its second scientific seminar on Sunday, June 22, 2025, for registration for master's and doctoral degrees in the fields of language, literature, and translation.
The Faculty was honored to welcome a group of specialized Spanish language professors from various Egyptian universities to discuss with the students and provide them with support in developing their research theses. The attendees included:
1. Prof. Dr. Bassem Saleh Dawoud, Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University
2. Prof. Dr. Manar Afifi, Faculty of Arts, Cairo University
3. Asst. Prof. Dr. Alia Heshmat Qasim, Faculty of Arts, Cairo University
In the presence of faculty members from the Spanish Language Department at the Faculty: Asst. Prof. Dr. Saadia Abdel Azim, Dr. Ayman Abbas, and Dr. Fatima Al-Shamli
The research plan for the doctoral dissertation was discussed.

The researchers expressed their great happiness with the ideas and amendments proposed by the professors, which contributed to opening up new horizons for them in the field of research and study.
The Dean of the Faculty emphasized the importance of the department's scientific seminar as a general framework for exchanging experiences and discussing modern research trends in various fields of specialization. He also emphasized the role of this seminar in providing intellectual and research support to department staff, as well as its role in serving the strategic objectives of the Faculty's Graduate Studies Agency.
