Kafr El-Sheikh University Participates in the "Influencers Makers" Program to Train University Students in Digital Media Skills at the Leaders Preparation Institute in Helwan
Kafr El-Sheikh University participated in the "Influencers Makers" program aimed at training university students in digital media skills. The program was held at the Leaders Preparation Institute in Helwan under the patronage of Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of Kafr El-Sheikh University, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aal, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Roshdy El-Adawy, General Coordinator of Student Activities, with implementation and follow-up by the General Administration of Student Welfare at the university.
Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky stated that this program is part of a series of training initiatives organized by the Leaders Preparation Institute, aiming to provide students with essential skills in the field of digital media, thereby enhancing their capabilities and encouraging conscious engagement with media content.
The university president highlighted that "Influencers Makers" is a comprehensive training model combining hands-on training, field visits, and interactive workshops, offering participants an exceptional opportunity to acquire outstanding media skills and to instill a culture of positive influence across various media platforms.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aal explained that the program included a field visit to the Media Production City, where students were introduced to the professional workflows of major media institutions. The tour began with a visit to the Training and Development Center, one of the leading centers specialized in developing media professionals.
The visit also included the main control room at the Media Production City, where students learned about the audio and visual quality inspection systems and broadcast management mechanisms, offering them a deep understanding of the role of technology in ensuring media quality.
Additionally, the tour included a visit to the Sound and Dolby Center, one of the most important technical centers in Egypt and the Arab world specializing in audio production and mixing. Students were introduced to the advanced equipment and audio engineering processes from recording to post-production.
The students also visited the outdoor studios at the Media Production City and observed how open sets are prepared for diverse shooting environments.
The program concluded with a visit to the studios at the City of Culture and Science, where participating students had the opportunity to implement their media projects directly within the studios. This unique experience combined learning, practice, and evaluation, successfully culminating the "Influencers Makers" training program with a comprehensive and impactful educational journey.
