A Training Program for the Qualification of the Vices of Deans and Heads of Academic Departments

 The International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education organizes a distinguished training program entitled "the Qualification of the Vices of Deans and Heads of Academic Departments" during the period from May 17-19, 2025, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Ismail El-Qon, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Chairman of the Center's Board of Directors.

The president presents a training session on "Academic Leadership and International Rankings," confirming the importance of this program in developing academic cadres and enhancing their efficiency to achieve institutional excellence, noting the university's commitment to providing comprehensive training programs that support the higher education system.

Prof. Dr. Ismail El-Qon, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Chairman of the Center's Board of Directors, speaks about the topic of "Strategic Planning," noting that the program aims to hone the leadership and administrative skills of academic leaders, contributing to the achievement of the university's strategic goals.

Otherwise, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdelaal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, also presents a session on "Education and Student Affairs and Exam Management," while Prof. Dr. Amany Shaker, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, presents a training session on "Community Service and Environmental Development."

 

Dr. Tarek Abd El-Rahman, Director of the International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education at the University, also presents the topic of "Change Management, Institutional Development, and Innovation," noting that this program is held within the framework of the International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education's efforts to provide advanced training services that contribute to raising the efficiency of university employees and enhancing the quality of academic and administrative performance.
