Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky confirms that the October Victories Cultural Seminar is hosted to support enlightenment and cultural thought, and its national duty towards achieving sustainable development, Egypt's Vision 2030, and getting young people acquainted with the goals of the new republic, the most important of which is building the Egyptian person and preserving his personality and identity, as it contributes to shedding light on the great role of their armed forces and the role of the popular and military defense forces, within the framework of implementing the Egyptian state's strategy to raise awareness among our children by implementing many activities that include teaching military education, organizing cultural seminars, awareness lectures on national security and information warfare, cultural and religious awareness, and organizing external visits for students to see the giant development projects, units, shrines and military museums.

The president also points out that the Egyptian state faces many challenges amidst the fourth generation wars that aim to destroy societal values ??and cast doubt on national and religious constants, so the role of the university is limited in shaping the awareness of young people, correcting their misconceptions, rejecting extremist ideas, and helping them use reason and logic to form a moderate opinion and preserve the Egyptian character and identity, especially among male and female students.

Major General Osama Abd El Hamid Dawood, the Commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, confirms that the Egyptian people were and still are the center of gravity of the Egyptian state and the bulwark against attempts to destabilize it, and that the past ten years have been a test of the Egyptian people's resilience and steadfastness, confirming the need to work to ensure that this people remain united, through understanding and awareness of the surrounding dangers and threats, saying: "Whoever believes that it is possible to touch the land of Egypt is mistaken, for with the arms and determination of the men of the armed forces and the sons of its great, noble people, Egypt will remain, with Allah’s care, safe and secure."

The Commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces points out that the main objective of organizing these seminars is to confront thought with thought, and to fortify all segments of Egyptian society, especially their young people, and protect them from false ideas and destructive beliefs, through correct perception and true awareness of all the dangers and threats that threaten Egyptian national security in all strategic directions.

Dr. Taher Nasr, a lecturer at the Nuclear Resources Authority and a visiting lecturer at Nasser Military Academy, gives an awareness lecture in which he points out that the terrorism of thought is what makes a person destroy his life himself and see all the negatives in his life that make him resent his family, work and country, adding that there are several factors that make some citizens vulnerable to extremism, represented in: the disintegration of Egyptian families, the loss of the ability to deal with personal psychological frustrations, which leads to a feeling of despair and surrender that makes it a fertile ground for negative thoughts, the lack of adherence to the teachings of religion and the emergence of fanaticism and attempts to ignite sectarian strife, the absence of the spirit of national belonging, which creates rebellion against the system and society and cooperation with the enemy against the homeland.

During the celebration, a documentary film about Kafrelsheikh University is shown, along with a documentary film presenting national projects throughout Egypt and in various economic, agricultural, industrial fields, infrastructure, housing projects, and in the fields of new and renewable energy.
