Kafrelsheikh University ranks the Third Place Locally in The Times Higher Education Young University Rankings

 Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, announces that the university has ranked the third place locally in The Times Higher Education Young University Rankings internationally out of 18 Egyptian universities listed in this ranking for the year 2024 and ranks “301-350” globally.

The president explains that this ranking includes universities that are not more than 50 years old and show remarkable progress in the fields of research and education in a relatively short period of time, and this reflects the university’s continuous efforts to develop and improve the fields of education and scientific research, confirming the university's constant keenness to take serious and rapid steps to reach the level of prestigious universities in the world.

Dr. Ismail Al-Qon, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, says that The Times Higher Education Young University Rankings shows that 18 emerging Egyptian universities qualified to appear in this ranking this year, and The Times Higher Education Young University Rankings is based on several important indicators, including scientific research, teaching, research citation rate, and international cooperation, confirming Kafrelsheikh University’s keenness to provide all the necessary capabilities to improve the educational and research system, in addition to providing continuous support to researchers and innovators.
