The Deans Council confirms the Intensification of Student Field Visits to National Projects and a Plan to Develop Student Awareness and Student Activities during the Summer Vacation


 Today, Sunday, 24/7/2022, The Deans Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Youssef , President of the University, holds its monthly meeting to discuss and review the monthly developments and topics presented to the Council, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hasan Younis, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Dr. Reda Saleh, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abd El Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, the Deans of the Faculties and the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Ali Sabry.

The President also directs staff members and the assistant staff to obtain research projects funded from inside and outside that meet the requirements of the strategic plan for scientific research at the university, and to modernize the research teams in faculties or between faculties to increase cooperation between researchers for Interdisciplinary studies with interest in researches related to climate variables, and to encourage creative scientific and technological researches and studies related to local and regional challenges.

He stresses the intensification of student field visits to national projects and the development of a plan for programs to develop student awareness and student activities during the summer vacation to invest students' talents, refine their skills, and raise awareness of the challenges facing the state within the construction of the new republic to build a psychologically and morally normal person, and the completion of the final preparation of the annual reports of faculties and sectors for the end of the academic year 2021/2022.

The council also discusses working to achieve quality assurance and academic accreditation in accordance with internationally approved standards, and maximizing the use of technology and engineering faculties to work on developing students' technological skills to graduate qualified cadres that meet the needs of the labor market.
