The President Inspects Faculties of Languages, Pharmacy and Fisheries


 

 Prof Dr Abed El-Raziq Desouki inspects Faculties of Languages, Pharmacy and Fisheries to check on the progress of the educational process and the readiness of the auditoriums and laboratories and to ensure that the faculties and green spaces are clean.

During his tour, Dr Desouki meets the students, congratulates them on the beginning of the new academic year and welcomes them in their second home at Kafrelsheikh University which is keen to provide the best educational and awareness environment for them within university life, providing them with some tips that help them excel in their studies and complete their university year without any obstacles.

As well, the president will hold a series of introductory meetings for new students in the various faculties, stressing the implementation of precautionary measures, which included disinfection and sterilization of the auditoriums before and between the lectures.

The president follows up the system of students' attendance and departure from faculties, the system of receiving lessons, lectures and practical training in practical faculties, the precautionary measures for practicing activities and the application of entry and exit procedures in batches with time intervals to avoid crowding, and to maintain a physical distance of two meters in densely moving areas.

He also stresses the need to encourage remote teaching and to determine the percentage of students based on the size of the teaching halls and as for students of practical faculties, they should be within "fixed" groups.

The procedures included identifying an official in each faculty from the medical administration to handle and follow-up emergencies and monitor the implementation of health and safety measures.

 

Otherwise, Dr Desouki urges male and female students to the necessity of participating in student activities and events that take place in faculties because of their positive impact and enhancing the spirit of cooperation and belonging among students by following preventive measures, and also calling on them to preserve their university and its facilities.
