According to the Decisions of the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Council of Universities…..Kafrelsheikh University Concludes its Preparations for the Exams of the final years


 

 

 

 

Today Thursday 25/6/2020, Prof Dr Abed El-Raziq Dousoki announces the university’s readiness to hold the exams of the second semester for the students of final years, which will begin on 1st July according to the decisions of the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Council of Universities; the timetable was prepared for students’ exams, which included preparing the schedules, preparing the auditoriums and halls, the building, exam committees, control works, medical clinics, special committees, oral and practical exams, clinical exams, international students, occupational health and safety committees, and a complete plan to take all precautionary measures to prevent a virus Corona during the exam period to ensure the safety of students, staff members and employees.

Dr Dousoki stresses on the continued firm application of the precautionary measures approved by the university council regarding the holding of final teams exams via applying safe spacing distances among students in the committees not less than a meter and a half, in addition, the students should wear the masks amid tight precautionary measures of ventilation and sterilization and the need to equip the places designated for students those with special needs. As well, the professor should be present at the time of his/her exam; the questions should be comprehensive and measure various and multiple level of student performance and the time allotted for the test should be appropriate taking into account quality and assurance standards in the question paper and the answer sheet and the faculty should be commitment to announce the final result immediately after the completion of the examinations.

Otherwise,  the President Prof Dr Abed El-Raziq Dousoki stresses  the continuation of the disinfection and sterilization processes of university facilities to ensure that the highest levels of prevention are achieved, adding that this comes within the implementation of a comprehensive plan prepared by the university administration to confront the Corona virus and take precautionary and preventive measures since the beginning of the crisis, which have been circulated to the university faculties and departments and which have included daily sterilization and purification of faculties, hospitals and student housing to combat the spread of the new Corona virus and maintain public health within the campus .

The President directs the dean to follow up receiving students' research and control work and the speedy completion of the results in accordance with the regulations and laws
