Today Tuesday, 12/10/2021, Deans Council holds, under the authority of Prof Dr Abedelraziq Desouky, its monthly meeting to discuss and review the monthly developments and topics presented to the Council, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hasan Younis, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Dr. Reda Saleh, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdel-Aal, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Deans of Faculties and Secretary General of the University, Dr. Ali Sabry.
The President Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Dosouky begins the meeting by congratulating the university family, including staff members, students, and employees, and the Egyptian people on the occasion of the start of the new academic year and the celebration of the anniversary of the glorious October victories, asking Allah to restore these occasions to the Egyptian people with goodness, blessing, progress and prosperity.
As well, the president confirms the follow-up of the regularity of study in the faculties and the full commitment to applying the necessary precautionary measures to combat the spread of the new corona virus, the follow up of the student vaccination system and instructing students who do not receive vaccination to go to one of the university’s vaccination points to register and vaccinate.
The council also discusses the faculties' plans to receive junior students, follow up on the application of the e-book system, teaching and learning resources, and follow up on occupational safety and health procedures in the auditoriums, offices and stores.
The president also directs the dean to the development of plans for student activities for the new academic year that include the state's directives in building the Egyptian person and raising awareness among students of the issues and efforts of the state in building the new republic.
