The president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary meets with staff members in Media Department in the Faculties of Arts and Specific Education to activate the role of university media in forming political awareness for youth, facing terrorism, strengthening intellectual security, consolidate the concept of loyalty and patriotism, instilling the concept of moderation, and distance from the manifestations of militancy, extremism and cationic ideas. As well, he discusses the ideas and required proposals for the development of university media to do its role, bears responsibility in highlighting educational, academic and architectural developments, stressing the importance of putting solution for obstacles that might hinder the work of media, putting future plans, determining goals and how to achieve these goals.

Otherwise, he asks them to be careful and accurate in transferring news. The recommendations of this meeting are: holding regular meeting with representatives of media in university and organizing workshop to develop performance, improves the quality of news, press reports, public relations and photography. As well, this meeting recommends strengthening communication between the presidency of university and media men to develop performance, show honorable image for university and contribute in achieving purposeful cultural intellectual revolution that contribute in correcting misconceptions among university students.
