Faculty of Engineering, Kafr El-Sheikh University, in Rehab, Governor of El-Beheira, to follow up the obstacles facing the application of new building requirements and ways to overcome them to provide the best service to citizens.

Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Heliel - Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Kafrelsheikh University, emphasized the role of the Faculty of Engineering in providing the necessary support and consultations for the advancement of environmental and service work through the community service sector and environmental development, not only at the level of Kafrelsheikh governorate, but its role extended to other neighboring governorates, and based on Directing the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to assign the Faculty of Engineering, Kafrelsheikh University, to handle the file of building permits in Beheira Governorate.

In response to the kind invitation of Dr. Nihal Balbaa - Deputy Governor of Beheira, a meeting of the governorate officials was held, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Heliel - Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Kafrelsheikh University, Prof. Dr. Fathallah Freij - Director of the Licensing Unit and Vice Dean of the College, and Dr. Mustafa Othman. - Director of the Engineering Research and Consulting Center, and d. Ali Pasha - Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Dr. Osama El-Feki - Head of the Architectural Engineering Department at the College, and Dr. Ahmed Salah - Department of Architectural Engineering. And in the presence of Major General / Muhammad Shawqi Badr - Assistant General Secretary, heads of local units, heads of cities and centers in Al-Behaira Governorate, and the gentlemen responsible for the licensing system in the centers, cities and centers of the governorate.
