This came after the great success achieved by the twenty-third session of the conference, which was organized by the Faculty of Engineering, Kafrelsheikh University, during the period from 13 to 15 December 2022, and was praised by the members of the committee and the participants in the activities of the conference and its observers.

The committee issued its decision on the sidelines of the 23rd session of the Middle East International Conference on Electrical Power Systems “MEPCON 2022”.

It is noteworthy that the leadership committee of the conference includes in its membership a group of professors of electrical power engineering specializations at Egyptian universities who occupied large positions and enjoyed extensive administrative and scientific experience and participated in an active role in managing the conference sessions throughout its history. They choose each year the university that organizes the next session after making a comparison among the advanced universities
