Dr Desouki explained that the Faculty of Engineering is working to provide the necessary support and consultations to advance environmental and service work through the community service and environmental development sector, not only at the level of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, but its role has extended to other neighboring governorates, revealing the directive of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research assigning the Faculty of Engineering, Kafrelsheikh University to undertake Building permits file in Beheira Governorate.

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Hillel, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Kafrelsheikh University confirmed that the Building Permits and Requirements Unit affiliated to the Engineering Consultation Center at the faculty, and through the Architectural and Civil Engineering departments, receives a number of files of building permits and demolition permits and works to complete them in record times in accordance with the building requirements that were recently approved, explaining that there is a difference between building requirements and issuing building permits

A meeting was held at the Faculty of Engineering in the presence of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Hillel, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Nihal Balbaa, Deputy Governor of Beheira, and all details and problems were discussed, in the presence of:

     - Mr. Hassanein Mohamed Hassanein (Director of the Technology Center and General Supervisor of the Technology Centers in the Lake)

     - Eng. Noha Samahi (Director of Information Systems Department at the Facilities Housing Information Center in Beheira Governorate)

     - Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Saleh (Assistant Director of the Utility Networks Information Center in Beheira)

     - Eng. Amira Hassan (Urban Planning Engineer in Beheira Governorate)

 And the Licensing Unit Team at the Faculty of Engineering - Kafrelsheikh University:
