The college library, with its notable interests and meticulous work, advances in serving both the student and the educational institution as a whole, as well as the faculty members, also at its technical and artistic level on both fronts.

 

The library's activity has been activated through the digital library website through the following:

 Metaphor:

1.  Register the library visitors regularly on the Future System.
2.  Adding all borrowers who are allowed to borrow according to the library regulations to the database of borrowers in the Future System (faculty members and supporting staff).
3. Registering the borrowing process on the Future System.
4. Recording the process of returning the book from the borrowing on the Future System.
5. Following up on the late borrowings until they are demanded to be returned.
6. Renewal of the subscription of borrowers who have expired to borrow from the library.

Research and retrieval:

Constantly, library patrons are trained to use the future system so that it becomes a culture for the beneficiary to practice on his own (search and retrieval operations on the index).

Classification:

A call number is assigned to each book in the library by classifying the library's holdings according to the specialization of each book and assigning the appropriate call number to it. This is done to link the data available on the digital library site with their location on the shelves, so the data can be accessed easily, conveniently, and as quickly as possible.

Photocopying Service:

Among the information services provided by the library is the photocopying service, which is extremely important, as a large percentage of students, up to 90% of the total number of college students, benefit from it. The library photocopies all students' needs, including library books, past exams, lectures, and more.
