Within that, the university undertakes the financing of research projects, appreciation of international publication, urging researchers to obtain internal and external funding for research projects, and encouraging cultural exchange with international universities to create research partnerships funded by foreign scientific institutions.
The university is also working on upgrading the services of modular and digital university libraries and preparing the environment and appropriate inputs for scientific research
