The president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary issues a resolution No 7871 for the year 2015 about appointing Dr Talaat Mohamed Baisouni Biltagy, the assistant professor of Dentistry Department, the assistant professor of education and students’ affairs for the academic year 2015/2016.

Dr Talaat Biltagy is one of Dentists known for their efficiency as he was assistant professor of Dentistry, Tanta University.
