Reward: up to 25 thousand $ for a period ranging from six to ten months from July and December 2015 to travel to host institute in one of members countries in international bank to do research work for Doctorate thesis of development under the supervision of research consultant. After completing the program, program fellows back to their countries for work.

·         The main criteria for the rehabilitation of the candidate:

1)      His/her original country should be developing member country in international bank and he/she does not have another nationality for advanced country

2)      He/she is registered for Doctorate in member country in international bank

3)      Completing all courses and passing all tests for Doctorate and had Master's Degree.

4)      He/she should not be more than 35 years old.

·         The applicant should meet one of these terms:

1)      He/she should be registered for Doctorate in his/her original country and is not currently working

2)      He/she should be registered for Doctorate in his/her original country or member country in international bank and work in academic or research institute in his/her original country
