Deans' council, under the authority of the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary, reviewed on Wednesday 8/10/2014 cooperation between university and device of projects of national service of the Armed Forces about enlisting people of experience and specialized and applied skills in the agricultural and food fields as well as all specialisms in field of engineering, science and management and providing job opportunities for top graduates in the previous fields after passing the determinant tests. As well, the council discusses the educational and security preparations and students' activities for the new academic year, stressing the adoption of dialogue with students and positive direction to correct misconceptions among students.

·         The completion of university constructions, laboratories, workshops and equipped them for educational process

·         The declaration of study schedules for different faculties during the first week of academic year.

·         The preparation of proposal for schedules of the second term exams in the beginning of this year as well as poll of university community of professors and students and paying attention to difficulties facing students in the practical faculties.

·         Closing transfers from other faculties in the beginning of the year.

·         Housing students in student housing during the first week of this academic year.

·         Securing gates and organizing the entry of students to university and student housing.

·         Emphasis the rate of attendances in internal regulations of faculties.

·         Being commitment to university books.

·         Activating protocol signed between the supreme council of universities and the ministry of Interior Affairs.

·         Establishing student parliament in university and 2 students represent every faculty through elections to develop skills of dialogue, political development and freedom of opinion through interrogations with respect to educational process, student activities, student housing and restaurant.

·         In case of any kind of violence, law enforcement is prevalent on everyone.

·         Emphasis on preventing  any partisan or political activity

·         Staff members should be commitment to presence from the first day to ensure the proper functioning of the educational process.

·         The speed of printing cards for newcomer students.
