 On Sunday morning, 14/12/2025, the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine Council held its meeting at the Faculty, headed by Prof. Dr. Enas El-Gendy, and attended by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hussein, Professor and Head of the Surgery Department,

Prof. Dr. Ali Shamaa, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed El Gendy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Abeer Abdel Wahab, Assistant Professor, Department of Materials Properties  and Dr. Ahmed Ismail, Assistant Professor in the Prosthodontics Department, Dr. Hisham Abada, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit and Dr. Nour Shokry El-Sheshtawy Hatata Lecturer in Oral Medicine diagnosis and radiology Department.

 The meeting was opened by Professor Dr. Enas El Gendy, Dean of the College, who welcomed all attendees. The Council then began studying the items on its agenda to discuss the topics and make decisions regarding them with the esteemed members of the College Council. All work that had been done and any new developments that would be made were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, and in the presence of a number of faculty members and assistant staff, the Dean of the College expressed her deep gratitude to Professor Dr. Talaat Beltagy, Professor in the Department of Pedodontics and Public Health

, and honored him for reaching retirement age for his efforts over the years of his work and his participation in the success and development of the college, wishing him continued success and prosperity.
