Today, Tuesday, 31/12/2024, The University Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, holds its regular session, in the Council Hall to discuss a number of topics related to the educational and research process, and to review the developments and topics presented to the Council.

The President congratulates Prof. Dr. Abd El-Fattah Helil on the occasion of the issuance of the Republican Decree renewing confidence as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, wishing him success.

Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky also reviews the most prominent achievements of the university’s sectors, starting with the Education and Student Affairs Sector, the Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector, and the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, for the month of December 2024, and the many events, seminars and conferences held during it.

The Council also approves:

- Granting academic titles and appointments: - (granting 1 professor title - appointing 4 assistant professors - appointing 7 lecturers).

- Granting academic master's degrees to (36), and professional master's degrees to (32).

- Granting academic doctorate degrees to (23), and granting professional doctorate degrees to (4).

- Granting academic postgraduate diplomas at the Faculty of Dentistry to (22).

 

- Granting special diplomas in specific education to (2).
