Developing assessment and evaluation standards within the faculty.
Meeting the expectations and aspirations of students, parents, and the broader community (external stakeholders), as well as students and staff within the faculty (internal stakeholders) regarding the quality of the educational services provided.
Collaborating with the Quality Assurance Unit and other units within the faculty to evaluate activities and academic programs.
Organizing workshops and training sessions for faculty staff.
Training faculty members and administrative staff on how to design and prepare examinations.
Preparing, supervising, and following up on exams.
