The E-Services Unit was established within the Information Systems and Technology Development Project in Higher Education (ICTP).

ICTP aims to gradually establish an E-Services Unit in all university colleges over the next five years, at a rate of 20% per year.

These units serve as the link between the six projects submitted by ICTP at the university level and between different colleges.

In addition to increasing the effectiveness of university IT projects (management information systems, training, digital library, e-learning, electronic portal, and network), the unit aims to provide distinguished IT services at the college to provide the necessary technical support to the educational, research, and administrative systems and their constituents, including faculty members, students, and staff.
