 4. Developing a research plan for the college to serve the college's vision and mission.

 5. Improving the college's educational and technological environment, laboratory infrastructure, and classrooms

 6. Developing and enhancing the college's human resources

 7. Directing scientific research to fit within the college's research plan

 8. Encouraging graduates from the college, other colleges, and international students to enroll in postgraduate studies

 9. Spreading environmental and cultural awareness of community issues

 10. Striving to provide sources of support and self-financing for the college

 11. Disseminating the principles of professional ethics and morals

 12. Establishing a committee to review regulations, rules, and work procedures and distribute them to ensure justice and equality
