Under the patronage of the Minister of Social Solidarity, Dr. Nevin El-Qabbaj, and Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Youssef Dosouky, the President of the University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Reda Saleh, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Salah Hashem, Advisor of the Ministry of Social Solidarity for social policies and General Coordinator of Social Solidarity Units in universities, and in cooperation with the General Administration of Social Solidarity Projects Environment, headed by Nafeh Hamadah, Director General of Environmental Projects.

Mr Mohammed Ahmed Abd El-Hamid, Coordinator of the Social Solidarity Unit, Dr. Ehab Atef Ali, the Awareness Activities Officer, and Dr. Nihal Mustafa Fathy, the Social Protection and Economic Empowerment Officer at the University's Social Solidarity Unit give a lecture.

The program aims to train students on leadership skills and how to be a successful leader, leadership obstacles and leadership theories, the difference between leadership and management, the duties of a follower towards a leader, and obstacles to effectively dealing with a leader.
