The President Inaugurates the Plastic Arts Exhibition in Preparation for “Ibdaa 9”


 

Today Wednesday 16/12/2020, the President Prof Dr Abdelrazek  Youssef Desouky inaugurates the fine arts exhibition for the university students organized by the supervision of the General Administration for Youth Welfare at the University to qualify students and prepare them to participate in the competition of Ibdaa festival in its ninth edition 2020/2021 in the scientific, literary and artistic fields for the youth of universities, higher institutes, and governmental and private academies, to escalate male and female students who have advanced positions to represent the university in the competition in the presence of Prof Dr Hasan Youness, the vice president for post-graduation studies and research; Prof Dr Reda Salih, the vice president for community service and environment development affairs; Dr Rushdy El-Adawy, the General Coordinator of Student Activities and a number of the deans.

As well, the President Prof Dr Abdelrazek  Youssef  Desouky says that the university administration pays great attention to various student activities and encourages its students to participate and compete in all student forums at all levels, in order to provide the opportunity for the largest number of students to participate effectively and meaningfully, explaining that the students' art exhibition comes within the framework of the universitys readiness to develop students competence and skill to show their talents and technical capabilities and qualify them to participate in the" Ibdaa 9 "competition organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports annually at the level of Egyptian universities.

 The president confirms the importance of organizing exhibitions and participating in competitions to show and encourage artistic talents, enhance the culture of honest competition among students, and consolidate the values of creativity and originality to qualify student cadres capable of competing locally and internationally, praising the works and paintings presented by students.
