The launch of the first call of higher education development projects funded by European Union for Higher Education funded by European Union through ERASMUS Program on 6 October 2014 as it aims to create programs and degrees at all levels of higher education and the development of governance systems through partnerships between Egyptian and European Universities. The last day for application is on 10 February 2015.
