Today Wednesday 27/3/2018, the President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary holds a coordination meeting with the members of the supreme committee organizing the celebration of 13th anniversary of the University Day entitled "Together we move towards the future" under the authority of the President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary to put proposals and arrangements necessary for this celebration.

During the meeting, Prof Dr Maged el Kemary mentions that the university will honor staff members winning state encouragement awards in the scientific field, university appreciation awards and university encouragement awards in various fields, adding that the honor of staff members winning scientific publication awards and administrative excellence award as well as staff members and employees who have reached the retirement age, families of staff members and employees who died on duty and superior students in student activities.

Finally, he announces about opening a number of facilities such as university administration building, central library building, conferences hall building, student services building, Faculty of Computer and Information, Nano Technology and Science Institute building, student housing building (females), the Guest House building, workshops building and agricultural engineering workshops building of Faculty of Engineering, Masjid (B) at campus, schools theatre building, and buildings of Faculties of Law and Artificial Intelligence.
