ElKemary, Kafrelsheikh University president is participating in the First Forum of the Federation of Russian & Arabic universities’ presidents which

currently is held at   University of  Science & Arts, Beirut under the patronage of Lebanon Prim Ministers & the presence of Russian Minister

of Education & Science, these for investigation of possibilities of Scientific and Academic collaboration between the Russian & Arabic

universities through 19-20th February 2018.   

This forum is the first of its kind and aiming at the establishment of union of Russian & Arabic Universities for “reinforcement of exchange

and collaboration in the field of Higher Education between Russia & Arabic countries where a cooperation agreement has been done in the field of

scientific research & dissemination of Russian culture in Arabic countries.

 What is worth to mention is that;the discussion was centered on “Reinforcement of Academic cooperation between Higher Education Organizations in Russia and

Arabic countries, and within the framework of the General Assembly of the Forum, both the Russian & Arabic universities presidents submitted a reports

on the situation and prospects for cooperation between Higher Education Organizations in the field of Education, Science & Culture.
