Under the patronage of   Prof Dr Maged el Kemary,  Kafrelsheikh university president  a symposium  has been  conducted  at  the Faculty  of Commerce ; the symposium entitled : “Deepening the Culture of Free Business and the Role of Small Projects in Economic and Social Development” .   The symposium is attended by Prof Dr. Abed el Raziq   Dousoki, the vice president for Education and Students’ Affairs; Prof Dr. Reda Salih, Dean Faculty of Commerce &  Prof Dr Rushdi el Adawy, the leader  of   Founding Generation Family. A keynote speakers were: Deputy Hala Abu el Saad,   member of House of Representatives; Mr. Ahmed Abed el Wahab, representative of the Egyptian Center for Public Policies Studies and Engineer Mohammad Salah, representative of Industrial Development Authority.

As well, the symposium covered   definitions of   some   concepts such:  tiny, middle and small projects; as well as the tiny finance chart; and the laws that govern it. Furthermore, the speakers pointed out that a need to establish culture of free business   not to rely on governmental employment is recommended these to begin with small projects and how to market it. At the same symposium, it was declared   the Egyptian Center for Public Policies studies has launched a mobile application entitled “my project” to serve as a guide for young entrepreneurs in Egypt.

This symposium has been   conducted within the interest of the university in helping and encouraging students and graduates to establish projects, to deepen the principles of education for employment and prepare students for labor market. Also it aimed to highlight the role of small, middle and tiny projects in economic development in Egypt.
