Under the authority of Prof Dr. Maged el Kemary,  Kafrelsheikh  University  president & on its monthly meeting of  Deans’ council , they announced  their condemnation, sorrow and rejection of the decision  taken and announced by US A President;  Donald Tramp of transferring  US embassy from Tel Aviv to “the Occupied Jerusalem”; as well  expression for alarming  the  bad consequent effects. The Council stressing on the serious consequences of such an unjustifiable  and irresponsible action, which is a distraction & humiliating to the feelings of Arabs, Muslims and Christians as well. In addition to, the expectation of   increasing   tension and angry in the region. On their words, the Council stressed that Jerusalem is an Arab land that cannot be waived; where this decision is contrary to the International resolutions relating to the Palestinian  and the city of Jerusalem, which has a special status, being the Holy city of all heavenly religions and the eternal capital of Palestine.

Moreover, the Council added that this step represents a bias against the historical and permanent rights of the Palestinian people in Jerusalem and a significant decline in the efforts to push the peace process; disrupt the historically neutral American position on the cause of Jerusalem and undermine the chances of peace in the region.
