The
president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary signed a mutual cooperation protocol with
Stirling University in the United Kingdom to study the preventive behavior to
improve and develop the production of Tilapia.
As well, el
Kemary accompanied by the delegation do a survey for the Faculty of Fisheries,
factory of packaging and manufacturing fishes, aquaculture basins and fish
farming. Otherwise, they survey nanotechnology and photons labs and some other
labs.
Prof David,
the delegation head, points out that Egypt is the second in the world in
aquaculture through signing mutual cooperation protocol between Kafrelsheikh
University and Stirling University in the United Kingdom in cooperation with
the international bank of fishes and the cooperative union for fishes to
improve the health conditions of fishes, increase productivity and food safety
to fill the food gab in Egypt and make Kafrelsheikh University the house of
experience for fish farming in Egypt and the whole of Africa.
Otherwise,
the delegation praises the research, scientific and structural possibilities
and the president welcomes the constructive cooperation with all scientific and
research institutions for cooperation in the field of fish farming technology
at the Faculty of Fisheries as well as international experiences for staff
members and training them on the latest scientific and technological methods in
fish farming to cope with the modern scientific requirements.
