The president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary signed a scientific and technological cooperation contract between Kafrelsheikh University and Belarusian State Technological University and Tabbin Institute for Metallurgical Studies in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof Dr Ashraf el Shihi; Dr Hossam el Milahi, the head of cultural affairs and mission sector and Mr Sergei Rachkov, the ambassador of Belarus in Cairo at the headquarters of The Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education as one of the results of the visit of the president for the State of Belarus and in order to effectuate the contract of scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries.

As well, this protocol aims to activate the system of mutual academic supervision among symmetric departments in regard to Master’s Degree and Doctorate, the exchange of visits of professors, researchers and students to work in the areas of common interest, to provide the necessary consults for all parties in the common issues and topics, discourse lectures and participate in academic forums, hold training courses, seminars, scientific conferences and workshops, exchange scientific publications, academic versions and academic books.

Protocol was signed by the president of Kafrelsheikh University Prof Dr Maged el Kemary and the president of Belarusian State Technological University Dr Boris Krustalev and by Dr Tarek Samy, the dean of Tabbin Institute for Metallurgical Studies.

The ambassador of Belarus, the president and the vice president will visit Kafrelsheikh University to know the educational and research possibilities and activate the terms of agreement.
