It was Concluded at the Development Information Center at the University of Kafr El-Sheikh, the activities of the Fifth International Conference of the fabric "Smartix 2015", under the auspices of Prof. Dr./ Ashraf Shehhi - Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Dr./ Majid El-Kamary - President of Kafr El-Shaikh University, and Prof. Dr./ Sayed Mohammed Hijazi - Vice President Graduate Studies and Research and President of the Conference, and in the presence of Prof. Dr./ Ali Abu Shusha - Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr./ Ali Hubaysh - former President of the Academy of Scientific Research.

Conference was held in the framework of joint cooperation between Kafr El-Shaikh university and the University of Ivanovo, at Polytechnic, Russia., And several European universities, where the conference discussed the modern technologies in the textile industry, and the owner of the conference a lot of workshops in the field of fabric.

On the other hand, the University of Kafr El-Sheikh honored lot of gentlemen guests and faculty members, have also been organizing an exhibition of textile artifacts and paintings of students of the Faculty of Specific Education.
