Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim stated that all arrangements for the regularity of study and the educational process in the new academic year have been completed. These include completing maintenance work on buildings, facilities, and the electricity, sewage, and fire systems; preparing lecture halls, laboratories, libraries, and medical clinics in the faculties; monitoring regular cleaning within the university campus; and installing signage. He also emphasized the need to strictly adhere to security and protection measures for the university campus and all university facilities and installations at the start of classes.
 
The university president explained that work is proceeding apace according to the comprehensive plan, which was developed to complete preparations for receiving new and returning students starting this week. He emphasized that the university always prioritizes the best interests of undergraduate students and is working diligently to provide the necessary support and care, harnessing all available resources to ensure the best educational services for students, and creating a stimulating and supportive academic environment for excellence and creativity. He also emphasized the university's full commitment to creating a conducive environment for students to succeed and excel.
 
Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim confirmed that lectures will be distributed and schedules will be announced for all academic years at the start of the academic year. Students will be assigned to departments and sections, and all the quality elements required for the educational process will be provided, including teaching materials for the start and regularity of studies from the first day, and university ID cards will be issued.
 
The university president directed deans of colleges and institutes, faculty members, and support staff to be present on campus from the first day of school to ensure the smooth running of the educational process. He also directed the university hospital and the student hospital to be ready to provide excellent medical services to students, faculty members, staff, and patients.
 
Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim called on college deans, vice deans, and professors to open their doors to students, identify their problems, find urgent solutions, and engage with them. He explained that the university places great importance on student artistic, sports, and cultural activities.
 
A comprehensive plan has also been developed to implement student activities across the university's colleges in all scientific, cultural, artistic, sports, and social fields. This plan aims to expand student participation in these activities by having all colleges prepare and announce effective student activity programs. These activities provide students with opportunities to develop their academic and practical abilities and gain new experiences.
