 Dr. Abdel Razek Desouki, President of the University, announced that the university appeared in 601-800th place globally in the British Times Sustainable Development Goals classification, which is issued annually. At the local level, Kafrelsheikh University advanced to fourth place compared to fifth place in the year 2023 among the 46 Egyptian universities included in this list. Category.

Dr. Abdel Razek Desouki, President of the University, indicated that the classification this year showed the university’s progress in 6 of the 17 sustainable development goals over the previous year, which is an achievement for the university’s administration and family, as the university advanced in the second goal (total elimination of hunger) and obtained It ranked 101-200 globally, and in the third goal on good health, it ranked 401-600 globally, and in the seventh goal on clean energy, it ranked 301-400 globally, and in the eleventh goal (sustainable cities and local communities) it ranked 201-300. Globally, the fourteenth goal (life under water) achieved 101-200 globally, and the university ranked 301-400 in the sixteenth goal (peace, justice, and strong institutions).
