Announcement of the results of admission of students who obtained high school certificates in universities and institutes, the second stage in 2022


 Registration of the wishes of students who obtained high school in the second stage began through the electronic coordination website on the Internet from Thursday, 08/18/2022 until Tuesday, 08/22/2022.

 
 
 
* The minimum number and numbers for this stage were as follows:
 
• Academic Division: 246 degrees or more, or 60%.
 
Number of students: 223,294.
 
• Literary Division: 238 degrees or more, or 58.05% or more
 
Number of students: 45,908.
 
• Total number of students: 269,202.
 
 
 
The Coordination Office completed its work on the specified dates, and the results of accepting first-year students who obtained high school diplomas were as follows:
 
Number of students applying to the scientific section: 220195
 
Number of students applying to the literary section: 45711
 
Total number of students applying: 223,294
 
Thus, it becomes clear that the number (3296) has fallen behind and did not advance their desires during this stage.
 
 
 
* Number of students nominated for the second stage:
 
University Colleges, Scientific Division: 183983.
 
University Colleges, Literary Division: 35339.
 
• Total number of students nominated to university colleges: 216,485
 
• Institutes affiliated to the Ministry, Scientific Division: 32502.
 
• Institutes affiliated to the Ministry, Literary Division: 7374.
 
• The total number of students nominated for institutes affiliated with the Ministry: 42,713.
 
 
 
* Cases of exhaustion
 
• A number of (6708) male and female students have exhausted their desires from the students of the scientific and literary people, because they include desires for faculties that are not commensurate with their total grades, and they will be given the opportunity to express new desires.
 
 
 
* Work procedures in the second stage:
 
Work has been done at this stage according to the following:-
 
• The office, upon nomination, adhered to the wishes of the students registered on the website, according to the last registration made by the students and within the limits of the rules and conditions.
 
• By announcing the result of this stage, the Coordination Office has completed the distribution of (383064) students in the first and second stages within only two weeks of starting work.
 
• The student can print the nomination card from the website after announcing the result of the phase of reducing alienation for students of the first and second stages.
 
• The final lists of nominations will be sent to the faculties after announcing the results of the phase of reducing alienation for students of the first and second stages.
 
 
 
* The stage of reducing alienation (remittances):
 
 
 
First: Transferring between university colleges
 
• To facilitate for our students, the phase of reducing alienation (remittances) will be opened through the electronic coordination website: www.tansik.egypt.gov.eg for students nominated in the first and second phases to make transfers to reduce the corresponding and non-confrontational alienation within the prescribed percentage (10%). And that is during the period from Saturday, corresponding to 27/8/2022 until Wednesday, corresponding to 31/8/2022, through the electronic coordination website on the Internet, and in accordance with the regulating conditions and rules issued by the Supreme Council of Universities in this regard, including the following:
 
 
 
The corresponding transfer is within the sector minimum.
 
• Non-corresponding transfer by fulfilling the minimum requirements for the college to which the transfer is to be made.
 
• Commitment to the rules of geographical distribution.
 
• Transfer via the electronic coordination website only.
 
• There are no paper transfers.
 
• Transfer is for one time only.
 
• Fulfilling the additional conditions for the college to which you want to transfer (such as passing the aptitude test that was taken before the high school result appears).
 
• The differentiation between students shall be on the basis of the student's total grades in the General Secondary Certificate.
 
 
 
Second: Transfers between private and medium higher institutes:
 
A student who has been nominated in the coordination process to one of the private or medium high institutes is allowed to apply for transfer to another institute in the same specialty or another unmatched specialization, provided that the student fulfills the declared minimum for the institute to be transferred to, in light of the prescribed percentage, absorptive capacity, and the total priority.
 
 
 
? Minimum number of students to apply for the third stage:
 
• It was decided to open the registration of desires for the rest of the successful students in the first round of general secondary this year 2022, as well as those who were left behind from the first and second stages to write down their desires through the electronic coordination website on the Internet, as soon as the transfer results are announced according to the following:
 
• The minimum for the scientific and literary section: 205 degrees or more, at a rate of 50%.
 
• The total number of students in the scientific section: 37630.
 
• The total number of students in the scientific section: 29214.
 
• The total number of students in the two divisions: 66,754.
 
 
 
• Note that the result of the nominations for the third stage (first round) will be postponed until the wishes of successful students are registered in the exams (second round) for high school this year 2022, and then the results of the full stage nominations are announced.
