Holding a real estate investment seminar within the framework of the activities of the quality assurance unit at the college


In the framework of the activities of the quality assurance unit. 
On Sunday, November 12, 2017, a seminar was held on how to establish 
and manage real estate and real estate investment projects by Dr. Ali Abu
 Zeid, Consultant of Concrete Facilities and Quality Control, Faculty of 
Engineering, Kafr El-Sheikh University.
 
 
The main purpose of this seminar was to introduce students to the labor 
market in the field of contracting and to view the challenges of 
contracting work for students wishing to establish small companies for construction and contracting.
 
 
In the beginning, Dr. Ali Abu Zeid talked about the unified construction 
law Law No. 119, which contains a set of legal provisions for the 
planning of governorates, cities, villages and urban areas, and the 
organization of construction and construction within the boundaries of the 
urban space in order to achieve sustainable urban development and 
address the crisis of slums and construction And set limits to the crisis
 that has spread throughout the Republic.
 
He pointed to the need to know the requirements and procedures of the 
process of building licensing, the punishment of violators, licensing steps
 in the local administrations and engineering units and the need to use 
professional engineers who have high efficiency in order to succeed in 
the construction market.
 
His Excellency responded to the questions and inquiries of students on 
the subject of the symposium. The seminar was organized by the Quality 
Assurance Unit and a group of outstanding students who are members of 
the faculty's quality team.
 
In conclusion, the Quality Assurance Unit thanks and appreciates Dr. Ali 
Abu Zeid for his participation and presentation to this seminar at the 
Faculty of Commerce, Kafr El Sheikh University.
