In the framework of the activities of the quality assurance unit. On Tuesday, November 21, 2017, a seminar on personal excellence strategies was held by Mr. Hussein Meselhi, assistant professor of administration at the Faculty of Commerce, Kafr El-Sheikh University.

The main purpose of this seminar was to introduce students to their most powerful self-development strategies to build a bright future for them.

At the beginning, Mr. Hussein Meselhi spoke about the equation of excellence and the pyramid of excellence and the need for a successful person to have a clear message and a flexible vision and high values ??and specific strategic objectives in addition to identify opportunities and challenges and strengths and weaknesses in personal to achieve personal excellence.

His Excellency reviewed the concept of psychological satisfaction and its factors, motives and causes. He also presented a series of stories and examples that emphasize the importance of achieving psychological satisfaction and the relationship of satisfaction with personal excellence.

The seminar was organized by the Quality Assurance Unit and a group of outstanding students who are members of the faculty's quality team.
