Under the authority of the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary , the vice president for the affairs of community service and environment development Prof Dr Jamal el Sayad and the dean of the faculty of Arts Sayed Abu Hatab and because of the world day of the civil protection in the presence of the students of the faculty, the group of Crisis and disasters, some of the staff and the employees who care about crisis and disasters, a seminar entitled ”the importance and role of the civil protection in community and how to face the disasters and fire and to use the fire-extinguishing system in the open and closed places” was held on Tuesday 6/3/2012 in the faculty of Arts. The organizer is Ahmed Ismail Khedr, the general management for the environment projects.

        Prof Abed Allah All’ am, the agent of the faculty for the affairs of community service and environment development opened the seminar by greeting the guests, attendants and the major Tarek Ahmed el Gendy in the civil protection management who is vicarious of the colonel Mustafa el Bemby, the manager of the civil protection management in Kafrelsheikh and explains the importance and role of the civil protection in community and how to face the disasters and fire.

    He talked about the importance and role of fire extinguisher and how to train to switch on it as it is essential in facing the dangers and a first aid organism for protecting ourselves from the fires and disasters in homes and cars or during the fire of car accidents and how to use the suitable fire extinguisher in the suitable place. In the end, he assures the importance of training the students practically how to use this instrument.
