Kafr El-Sheikh Engineering faculty follows up on the obstacles to implementing the new building requirements in Beheira

The College of Engineering in Kafr El-Sheikh, in the presence of the Dean, Dr. Abdel Fattah Halil, held a meeting at the General Office of the Beheira District in the presence of the Deputy Governor, and Dr. Nihal Balaa, and included the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Fathallah Freij, Director of the Licensing Unit and Vice Dean of the College, and Dr. Mustafa Othman, Director of the Liberation Center. . Requesting engineering consultations, Dr. Raees Ali Pasha, Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Dr. Osama Al-Feki, Head of the College’s Civil Engineering Department, and Dr. Ahmed Salah, Technology Department, came accompanied by Major General Muhammad Shawqi Badr, Assistant General Secretary, and heads of local units, cities and governorate centers. Dr. Abdel Fattah Halil, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Kafrelsheikh University, explained the college’s role in providing the necessary support and consultations for beginners in environmental and service work through the community service sector, so that the environment is not only at the level of Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, but rather its role has extended to other neighboring governorates, to teach the Ministry’s guidance. A word from the Dean of the College of Engineering: There is no process of examining and reviewing the various licenses, the method of determining the speed of their issuance, in order to facilitate reading and writing, and remembering the importance of the role of references and special units in implementing the new building requirements in the different governorates.

 

Hillel added that the Building Licensing and Regulations Unit affiliated with the College’s Engineering Consultation Center, and through the Department of Advanced and Civil Engineering, recognized a number of building permit files and demolition permits, which are important to complete at graduation times in accordance with the building requirements that have been approved, and they translated that there is a difference between building requirements and them. Issuing construction licenses, because it reviews the executive view of the system and the obstacles it may encounter and ways to overcome them. Certainly, the entire system operates electronically and no human isolation is observed, the quality of the service provided, its precise completion, and effective parts to achieve it.

 

The faculty members of the college responded to all questions and inquiries from principals and supervisors of union members and engineering departments at the level of cities and governorate centers about the existence of licenses in the governorate to overcome any obstacles that arise without effective application, which are taking place on the ground.

 

They decided to attend a regular video meeting through electronic platforms to respond to the inquiries of workers in the meeting centers as soon as possible, in order to achieve the greatest effectiveness and effectiveness among all parties of the system.
