The Seventh Day Lens monitored the design of a number of engineering colleges in Kafr El-Sheikh for cars that operate on solar energy and electricity, and a number of students were able to design the car for 15,000 pounds. If a production line is opened, a car will be sold for only 13,000 pounds, and what can be shipped from it. Home or in the case of anywhere 220, peter 36k, 40k and 60kph, four-seater, and easy to maintain due to its simple components, and port.

The car was designed by the student Ahmed Samir Abdel Aziz Muhammad, Islam Abdel Sattar Hassan Kamel, Muhammad Ahmed Muhammad Hassan, Samir Muhammad Hassan, Ali Faraj Ali Shaalan, Muhammad Adel Muhammad Ahmed, Youssef Muhammad Abdullah Youssef, Moaz Abdel Majeed Abdel Dayem, Hussein Ahmed Hussein Al-Fayoumi, Muhammad Ali Obaid Abdel Moaty, and Sultan Abdel Raouf Al-Sayyed Abdel Qader, under the supervision of Dr. Magda Qutb Morsi Al-Fakharani, and Dr. Abdel Fattah Tayel, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, residence of Dr. Abdel Razek Desouki, President of Kafr El-Sheikh University.

Dr. Abdel Fattah Tayel, Dean of the College of Engineering, said that at a time when switching from using cars that use traditional fuel has become inevitable and necessary, due to the millions of tons of pollutants that are thrown into the environment daily, and they also consume millions of liters of remaining and limited fuel, so A radical shift must be made to cars that rely on renewable sources of energy that are not harmful to the environment. Hence the trend towards electric cars, in which the internal combustion engine is replaced by an electric motor that supplies electrical energy through batteries that store the electrical current that are charged with it.

Dr. Magda Qutb Morsi Al-Fakharani added that electric cars operate on electrical energy from the utility network, the primary source of which may be provided by the combustion of traditional fuel in thermal plants. The use of electric cars will not completely eliminate pollution and the consumption of traditional fuel, so attention was paid to having an alternative source for obtaining electricity. On the electrical energy needed to charge the electric car battery using electric current, the world turned to another source of energy that has the potential to change the features of the future: solar energy. Solar energy is used as a main source of energy by converting solar energy into electricity using solar cells. Solar cells are used to be an energy source for charging lithium batteries, which in turn are a source of storing electrical energy and discharging it when needed. The batteries are connected to an electric motor to convert the stored electrical energy. To mechanical energy, the idea is considered an environmentally friendly economic idea.

In this project, innovative spatial proposals will be prepared and presented regarding the production of an electric car that operates in all available conditions by charging lithium batteries from the utility network or from the solar cells supplied with it, as well as the technical and economic impacts, as well as the car’s interactions with the road, the atmosphere, and the sun, as to how to determine the car’s characteristics in terms of Its shape, weight, speeds, and loads under various conditions. The designs were completed by theoretical study of the project with its units, implementation and practical application of all project units, and the use of the experimental approach until the best operational information was obtained by controlling the highest possible capacity, achieving a suitable working system without problems, and the car’s performance was chosen. .
