Kafrelsheikh University offers a wide range of health services to support the well-being of its students, faculty, and administrative staff. Each faculty is equipped with a medical clinic to provide immediate first aid to their respective members, and on the university campus, there are medical facilities, a student hospital, and outpatient clinics dedicated to the Faculty of Physiotherapy.

Moreover, the university is actively expanding its medical city during the second phase, which includes the construction of a 400-bed emergency hospital, an oncology center, and a technical nursing institute. In addition to physical health services, the university also provides essential mental health support for its students, staff, and academic personnel.
