the university conducted lighting retrofit projects in the farms, labs .physical activities complex, and all grandstands and administrative buildings Where retrofitted old light fixtures with LED or high-efficiency fluorescent bulbs, reducing energy consumption and electricity costs. This change also provides a better quality of light and greater control of lighting systems for major campus events such as convocation. These projects are estimated to save approximately 40 % per year. The portion of these appliances more than 80% .around the Campus.
