أليات تحويل دراسة الطلاب الوافدين من جامعات غير مصرية الى مؤسسات التعليم العالي المصرية:

1-     يتقدم الطالب بالأوراق الآتية: كشف العلامات - المحتوى العلمي - أصل شهادة الثانوية - صورة جواز السفر.

2-     يتم عمل المقاصة العلمية للمواد التي اجتازها الطالب بالخارج.

3-     يقوم الطالب بسداد رسوم خدمة التقديم بالإضافة الى رسوم خدمة التحويل من الخارج.

4-     يمكن تحويل ما يصل إلى 50? من الساعات الدراسية الرئيسية بحد اقصى من خطة الدراسة.

5-     طلاب كليات الطب البشري المسجلين للدراسة في العامين الأول والثاني وكذلك الطلاب الذين لم ينهوا السنة الثالثة، سيتم إلحاقهم بالدراسة من بداية العام الدراسي الأول كطالب مستجد.

6-     طلاب كليات الطب البشري الذين اجتازوا السنة الثالثة أو الرابعة أو الخامسة، سيتم إلحاقهم للدراسة من بداية السنة الثالثة.

7-     الطلاب المحولين من الجامعات بمناطق النزاع، في حالة تعذر تقديمهم أصل المستندات أو صور مستندات موثقة عليه أن يرفق خطاب معتمد من وزارة التعليم العالي بدولة الطالب أو من سفارة دولته بجمهورية مصر العربية تفيد صحة البيانات الواردة بالأوراق المقدمة من الطالب دون ضرورة أداء اختبار تقييم المستوى الدراسي.

Mechanisms for transferring students from non-Egyptian universities to Egyptian Higher Education Institutions:

1-the student submits the following papers: grades statement - scientific content - original High School Certificate - Passport copy.

2-the scientific clearing of the study subjects passed by the student abroad is carried out.

3-the student pays the registration service fees in addition to the transfer service fees from abroad.

4-up to 50% of the main study hours can be transferred with a maximum of the study plan.

5-students of medical faculties registered for study in the first and second years, as well as students who have not finished the third year, will be enrolled in study from the beginning of the first academic year as a freshman.

6 - students of medical faculties who have passed the third, fourth or fifth year, will enroll in study from the beginning of the third year.

7-in the event that students transferred from universities in areas of political conflict are unable to submit original documents or notarized copies of their documents, all they have to do is attach a letter approved by the Ministry of higher education of their country or from their embassy in the Arab Republic of Egypt stating the validity of the data contained in the documents submitted by them, without the need to perform an academic level assessment test.
