I earned my Ph.D. (2015) degree in Mechanical Engineering (Applied Materials & Manufacturing) from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM).after I received my M.Sc. and B.Sc.(Honor) in Mechanical Engineering from Tanta University, Egypt.

I Joined KFUPM as Post-Doctoral in Mechanical Engineering Department from June 2015 till August 2016, then as a Assistant professor, Center of Research Excellence in Corrosion (material and coating group), KFUPM. Meanwhile, I am on leave from my position as an Assistant Professor at Mechanical Engineering Department, Kafrelsheikh University,Egypt.

I am leading and participating in many funded research projects in the general area of material science and coating, with particular emphasis on development (design, processing, characterization, and application) of Nano-materials, nanocomposites, and coating. Resulted in many ISI journal papers, US patents (issued, filled) and several presentations in international conferences. Beyond my research experience, I always enjoy the teaching and my teaching experience over 14 years in the area of material science and manufacturing.

For developing strong linkages between research and the business community, I have updated myself by taking Create Entrepreneurs Course.
