Terms of Access for the faculty

• The faculty accepts the high school students, scientific department (science and mathematics) or what is equivalent according to the terms of the supreme council of universities.
• The students of science and mathematics departments are accepted in the different specialisms according to the following schedule and what the faculty council determines:

Solidarity Fund

How to get support from the solidary fund?

The student shall do the following:

·         The student shall head to the youth welfare department to withdraw the solidary fund form prepared to get support.

·         The data form is filled by the student, in addition to a social research from the social affairs unit of which the student follow.

·         The search is attached with national ID copy of the students' guardian and his salary's details if he is an employee or a statement of land possession if he is a farmer or a statement of his pension if he is retired or has died.

·         The research is handled to the responsible of student welfare.

·         Researchers are represented to the formed committee to study each student's case alone.

·         In case of proofing that the student merits to get support, the faculty gives him financial or in-kind subsidy.

The Educational Military

According to the law No 46 for the year 1973, the military education is a main subject to get graduate certificate.

It aims to develop the military awareness for youth to prepare them for military service or any national tasks.

The Military Education Goals:

1)     The development of military awareness for students to prepare them for military service and national service and the acquisition of order and commitment.

2)     The preparation of student militarily, morally, nationally and physically so he can be fighter in armed forces.

Training Program for Students:

Elementary education, military traditions, natural training, chemical training, the art of fighting, behavioral values, national military Egypt’s history, combatant security, administrative affairs, the art of leadership and military management.

Military Training Timing:

1)     Military training in the first year is for 15 days through half year holiday or summer holiday according to the program set for faculties annually by military education management.

2)      Students, who are not held because of acceptable excuses, attend special courses regardless of his academic year.

Who get military training:

1)     All Egyptian systematic students except the students who meet the terms of exemption.

2)     All students who convert from other universities, which does not have military education or in which they did not get military training successfully regardless of their academic year.

3)     All students converted from enrollment system to be systematic regardless of academic year.
