Cardiac Custom Care or C3: Graduation Projects of Students of Faculty of Computers and Information that Provides Software Solutions in the Field of Health


 Students of the final year from the two departments of “computer science and software engineering” fulfill their graduation project entitled “Cardiac Custom Care of C3” that examines patients and detects heart diseases under the supervision of the dean of Faculty of Computers and Information Prof Dr Osama Abu Saeda and Dr Amr Hany, the lecturer in information systems department and CIO with the participation of six students, namely Ali Ahmed Samir “team leader and deep learning engineer”, Ahmed Abed El-Rihim, Abed El-Rahman Hasan, Abed Allah Reda, Marwan Tarek and Mina Ehab,

The students explain that the application works on Android devices and depends on Deep Learning Technology and Optimization Algorithms, which are based on analyzing and diagnosing the heart sound. The application also detects heart diseases that is one of the most important and dangerous causes of death.

The application represents a personal doctor in the lives of individuals and plays an important role in early detection of heart disease, so it is considered one of the most important treatment factors. As well, the accuracy of the results is one of the most important factors for the success of the idea of ??the application, reaching 96 percent of the total cases on which the application was tested.

The President Prof Dr Abed El-Raziq Dosouki congratulates the students for the excellence of their graduation project ideas, confirming that the university's strategy focuses on paying attention to the practical and applied aspect as well as academic study via developing students' technical skills to provide software solutions to contemporary problems.

He pointed to the university’s keenness to serve the community with student graduation projects, which also represent the most important themes of the university’s transformation into a smart university via the use of electronic programs.

Otherwise, the president called graduates of the Faculty of Computers and Information to show responsibility and to be the best ambassadors for their university with diligence, perseverance, sincerity and honesty, wishing them success in their practical life.

He demands the graduates to constantly communicate with the university by presenting constructive opinions and enlightened thought in favor of supporting the education and scientific research system at the university.
